麦格劳-希尔建筑信息公司中国区副总裁许敏达女士访渝

2008年10月14-15日，麦格劳－希尔建筑信息公司（McGraw-Hill Construction）中国区副总裁许敏达女士和中国区会务经理周朗女士对重庆进行了为期两天的访问。期间，在CIOB西部区办公室工作人员的陪同下拜访了对外贸易经济委员会，建筑业协会，建筑节能协会，建工集团等相关负责人。

重庆自直辖以来所取得的成就令世人瞩目，特别是建筑业的发展更是令人惊叹，越来越多的外资企业纷纷入驻重庆，为此CIOB中国希望联合麦格劳－希尔建筑信息公司于2009年在重庆共同举办一届高水准的大型国际性建筑会议，把重庆的建设成就介绍给国际同行，也把国内外最先进的建筑理念、实践介绍给重庆。许女士此行的目的便是为了会议的前期筹备工作，希望广泛了解重庆、乃至整个四川和西南地区的建筑市场情况，并就会议的主题等内容听取重庆行业专业人士的宝贵意见和建议。

14th-15th October 2008, the Vice President Miss Xu Minda and China Event Manager Miss Zhou Lang from McGraw-Hill Construction paid a visit to Chongqing.During this two-day visit,they had met with Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission, Chongqing Construction Industry Association, Chongqing Building Energy Efficiency Association and Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Co.,LTD.accompanied by the staff from CIOB West China office.

Chongqing has made great achievements which attracted worldwide attention since 1997 when it is defined as the municipal city, more and more foreign companies transfer to invest Chongqing. Then CIOB China hopes to hold a high-quality large international construction conference together with McGraw-Hill Construction in Chongqing in 2009, to show Chongqing’s achievements to foreign investor and introduce foreign advanced concept and practice into Chongqing. This visit aims at knowing the whole construction market in Chongqing and even the West China and determines the topic and contents of conference.

McGraw-Hill Construction is a multinational company which aims at international construction information communication through its magazines and website, such as ENR, Architectural Record and www.construction.com, etc. We are looking forward to the success cooperation by both of CIOB China and McGraw-Hill Construction, which are the international organizations.
